Olio Principe is 100% made in Italy.

The pressing of the olives harvested in the olive groves owned by the Pendolino farms, a historically reference name in the area, takes place within 24 hours of harvesting.

The traditional processing makes the oil of this mill immediately recognizable for taste and aroma: unique flavor and delicate fragrance distinguish it in each variety.

Our mill is equipped with a continuous cycle oil plant that allows the processing of about 50q/h of olives.
​
The extra virgin olive oil is extracted through the so-called "cold pressing" and exclusively through mechanical procedures.
The oil plant also meets the requirements for the extraction of extra virgin olive oil from organic farming.
​
The production is subsequently stored in steel silos equipped with a nitrogen system. During the year the storage area is continuously monitored and at a controlled temperature between 18-20°.
In these conditions the organoleptic characteristics of the oil remain unchanged over time.
