The contracts stipulated through the website www.olioprincipe.it fall into the category "Online sales contracts".
These are distance contracts stipulated between a supplier, Oleificio Agnellaro di Terrasi Rosa with registered office at C.da Agnellaro, snc – 92021 Aragona (AG) and a consumer, the natural person who purchases goods and services for purposes not directly referable to the professional activity carried out.
The purchase contract is concluded through the exact compilation and the consent to the purchase expressed through the accession given "on line" or by signing the appropriate electronic order form.
Sales prices and purchase methods
All sales prices shown are 4% VAT included, except when expressly indicated excluding VAT.
Shipping methods and costs
Oleificio Agnellaro will deliver the selected and ordered products to the customers through trusted couriers and/or shippers or, at the company's unquestionable discretion, directly from the company itself, if the customer's domicile is in the areas served directly by the delivery service corporate.
Delivery is carried out at the home of the purchasing customer by means of its own means or by express couriers affiliated to our organization.
Shipping is guaranteed within 48/72 hours (working days) throughout Italy or 3/15 days for international shipments made by express courier and in any case do not exceed those provided for by art. 6 of Legislative Decree 185/1999.
Shipping costs are as follows:
- Shipping to ITALY:
(i) orders lower than Euro 99 will be subject to a shipping fee of Euro 19;
(ii) orders over 99 Euros shipping is free throughout Italy.
- Shipping to EUROPE:
(i) orders below 399 Euros will be subject to a fee based on weight and size which can vary from 25 to 40 Euros;_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
(ii) orders over Euro 399 have free shipping throughout Europe.
- Shipping Rest of the world, there is a contribution based on weight and size to be calculated on request.
Availability of products
The information system of Oleificio Agnellaro is designed to offer immediate fulfillment of orders and avoid useless waiting for the customer.
Should an order exceed the quantity existing in the warehouse, Oleificio Agnellaro will notify the buyer via e-mail of the product's waiting times.
The buyer can then decide whether to wait or whether to request the cancellation of the order at no cost.
Right of withdrawal, order cancellation and returns and refunds
The buyer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase can exercise the right of withdrawal with reference to Legislative Decree 206/2005. The notification of the will to exercise the right of withdrawal can take place within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by:

The goods must be shipped at the customer's expense. The right of withdrawal applies only to goods intact at the time of return and cannot be exercised for products which by their nature cannot be returned or are liable to perish or deteriorate rapidly.
The refund of the entire amount paid will take place, once the above conditions have been met, within a maximum period of 14 days.
Rights, duties and responsibilities of the supplier
Oleificio Agnellaro di Terrasi Rosa assumes no responsibility for disservices attributable to force majeure and/or unforeseeable circumstances such as accidents, thefts and/or robberies of the courier in charge of the delivery, fires, explosions, earthquakes, strikes and/or lockouts, floods and other similar events that prevent, in whole or in part, the execution of the contract within the times and in the ways agreed.
Oleificio Agnellaro di Terrasi Rosa will not be liable to any party for damages, losses and costs incurred as a result of the non-execution of the contract for the reasons mentioned above, the consumer having the right only to a refund of the price paid. In the same way, Oleificio Agnellaro di Terrasi Rosa is not responsible for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, act of payment for the purchased products.
Rights, duties and responsibilities of the customer
The consumer undertakes and obliges, once the "online" purchase procedure has been completed, to print and keep these general conditions, which he will have already viewed and accepted as an obligatory step in the purchase of the products.
These general conditions can be updated at any time by Oleificio Agnellaro of Terrasi Rosa which will notify its customers directly in the section Conditions of Sale - Returns and Refunds.
The consumer undertakes and obliges, whenever a modification of these general conditions occurs, to provide for their printing and conservation. It is strictly forbidden for the purchaser to enter false data in the registration procedure necessary for the activation of this contract. The customer indemnifies Oleificio Agnellaro di Terrasi Rosa from any liability deriving from the issue of incorrect tax documents due to any errors relating to the data provided by the customer, being the customer himself solely responsible for the correct insertion.
Bank authorization
By filling in the appropriate space, present on the website of the banking payment system, the Customer authorizes Oleificio Agnellaro di Terrasi Rosa to use the credit card indicated and to debit the relative current account in favor of Oleificio Agnellaro di Terrasi Rosa the amount total highlighted as the cost of the purchase made "on line".
The entire procedure is carried out via a secure connection directly connected to the bank which owns and manages the "online" payment service, which Oleificio Agnellaro di Terrasi Rosa cannot access in any way.
Contract termination and express termination clause
The consumer has the right to cancel the order no later than 24 hours after sending the online form.
After this limit, you can use the right of withdrawal in the manner indicated above. Damaged goods
Oleificio Agnellaro di Terrasi in order to ensure that its products arrive at your home in perfect condition, uses only new generation packaging, completely made of corrugated cardboard in order to obtain a very high protection of the products.
If the products are damaged during transport, the customer must notify Oleificio Agnellaro di Terrasi Rosa by email at:olioprincipe@gmail.com indicating the damaged goods and attaching photographic documentation proving the damage no later than 48 hours from delivery. Oleificio Agnellaro of Terrasi Rosa will replace and/or reimburse any unusable product within 48 hours in agreement with the shipper used for the shipment.
Problems and malfunctions
The purchase of the products is implemented through a computer system.
